Spell to Empower Candles for Healing for Pynkmoon and Dawn of the Day’s Mother

At about 7:00 PM CT during the Open Chat tonight Saturday, March 9, 2019 in the Coven Life’s chatroom we will br taking about 10 minutes to empower these two candles. If you chose to do this alone that’s fine also. No matter if you are alone ir with others empowering and burning these candles will help both people to heal quicker.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

2 Green or Blue or White Candles (1 for wach person)

2 Candle Holders

Lighter or Matches

Atheme or Anything Sharp enough to carve the following:

On 1 candle write – Pynkmoon, Heal, Comfort

On 1 candle write – Elizabeth M, Heal, Comfort this is Dawn of the Day/Jen M’s mother

Our brother Pynkmoon/Garie fell eariler this week when he was helping his mother. He fell and not only dislocated his shoulder but also broke it. As Pynkmoon’s spiritual brothers and sisters I ask you to empower a candle for him with healing and comfort please.

SPELL FOR PYNKMOON:

We/I call upon Isis and Artimis to help heal our brother’s Pynkmoon shoulder and give him support during this painful time.

We/I call upon Arch Angel Gabriel to wrap Pynkmoon, Tommie, and the rest of Pynkmoon’s in your loving embrace to give them comfort and support during this rough time.

Our sister’s mother was in a serious car accident Friday. A piece of one of her vertabrea broke off and caused internal bleeding into her soinal cord. I offered to have empower a candle to light for her mother tonight also.

Kwan Yin and Sirona please help heal Margaret’s spine.

So she can leave the hospital feeking fine.

When you think of “medicine” what is the first thing that comes to mind?

For many modern people, medicine is associated with drugs, surgical procedures, nurses, dentists, or doctors that all improve one’s physical health. Update on Lady Beltane

I went to the doctor today, only 2 1/2 day after surgery. He was surprised that I was healing so fast from the knee surgery. A HUGE thank you to everyone who has lit a candle and sent healing. I know it is because of your help that my knee is healing so fast and well. I still have a way to go before I heal completely so I humbly ask that you keep doing whatever it is you were doing to help me heal quicker.

Hopefully tomorrow I will feel up to doing a post or two instead of reblogging Lady Abyss’ post on WOTC. Although there are still a couple of more about Spirit Animals I plan to share with you through reblogging them from WOTC. I not quite up to doing research for posts yet because I am still having to take pain pills and drink my tea mixture to help with the pain which is intensified due to me having fibromyalgia.

Thank you for your love and patience with me while I was not answering emails or tending to the website.

As a continuation to my post yesterday I felt the need to share a mantra and prayer I have been using for years after reading the book The Four Agreements. The author Don Miguel Ruiz is a descendant of a long line of Toltec shamans, reading this book did change my whole outlook on my interactions with myself as well as other people. So when I apologized to the person in yesterday’s post I was apologizing to myself so I could put the whole negative situation behind me. Which I have mostly because of what the title of this article stand for. Here is my daily prayer that has help me bring my anger, resentment, negativity in thoughts about others almost to nothingingness. Yes I still get those feelings but first it takes me longer to all myself to feel that way and second I am quicker to recognize when I am feeling like that. I am responsible for what feeling I decide to react with to what someone else has said and/or done to me. No on has the power to make me feel any specific way. Everyone of us has the power over which feeling we use to react to the way we are being treated, spoken about or to. No one can make any of us feel anyway but the way we ourself choose to. Remember we all see the world and the people in our lives through our own heart, mind, spirit and eyes that are unique to us just as every other person living anywhere on Mother Earth sees things in their own unique way.

So here is the prayer I say almost daily to remind myself how I want to choose to react or interact with others. You are welcome to use it as is or tweak it so it fits your own unique self.

May I have

Patience

Understanding and

Tolerance for better

Acceptance of people, places, things, situations, they way people treat me or might talk to or about me so I can live in better

Harmony in my home, family, work, and world.

8 Tips to Build Tolerance in Your Life By Leo Carver

I had some words with someone yesterday and it got me to thinking I was not being tolerant of how the other person thought of me. I came to realize that the way others thought of me is not as important as how I think of myself. While we all come into contact with people we just for whatever reason do not get along with in any way no matter what the circumstances might be that brought us together in the first place. Even if our relationship with the person starts off in a congenial way and you might not have a clue as to why the other person suddenly attacks you verbally and/or in writing in any way they can and every chance they see. So I decided it was a good time for me to remember tolerance and maybe by sharing it with others their view may change a little about someone they have a problem with. I found the following article well written and it does have good ideas for how you not the other person treat people you come into contact with. Now I know I will not get along with everyone I meet but at least I can come away feeling better about the encounter if I practice tolerance of others.  I will take this chance to apologize to the person I had words with yesterday for being intolerant of them as a person.

Most people have trouble being tolerant with others. As a living, breathing society, everyone is constantly learning and adapting to each other—it comes with the territory. But cultivating a spirit of tolerance can bring healing and meaning to your life in unimaginable ways.

Tolerance is your ability to deal with the disagreeable. It’s your capacity to withstand the “yuck” in your life and other people. Sometimes, someone’s disagreeable nature can simply be an annoyance, while other times, it may be much more intrusive.

The practice of tolerance, however, is more about your relationship with yourself instead of with other people. Tolerance can be thought of as emotional or mental perseverance:

Everyone Needs Some Me Time to Relax and Center

We all have days we wish we could just hibernate and hide from everyone. This is when you need to have a special care package ready to go to relax you physically and mentally and recenter yourself spiritually.

I have a small kit made up in advance for when I take this me time. Mine includes a long incense sticks or cones of either sandalwood or jasmine (lavender is also very good for relaxing with), my favorite Celtic music bookmarked on my computer to find it easier, a big handful of my favorite Epsom salts in a Ziploc type bag or other holder, a smudge stick, a bar of scents soap, a black taper and a white taper candle, my favorite lotion, and a robe (type depends on the temperature in my home). I also shut off my cell/mobile phone and anything else that someone could call me on like Skype.

Allow a minimum of 2 hours for yourself to get the benefits you deserve.

I do a smudging in my den and bathroom and also myself. Then get into my usually hot bath with the salts. I soak for a while until I feel my muscles completely relax m(draining cooled water and adding more hot if I feel the need to) than I use one of my scented soaps to wash with (my hair is tied up because I wash it in the sink before getting into my bath or just leave dry, no one says you have to wash your hair just because you take a bath). After getting out of the bath and drying off I rub lotion on every part of my body I can comfortably reach just to feel the wonder of what the deities choose to make us into thousands of years ago.

Then if I feel like it put on my robe and go into my den or bedroom. Depending on my mood whether I stay in the robe or lay down skyclad.

Once in my den or bedroom,  I have a small table next to the daybed in my den so the black candle is set on the southwest corner and the white in the northeast. I light the black candle first asking Hades and Persephone to take away all the negative energy, anger, resentment, envy, etc I may still be harboring inside myself.  Next, I  light the white candle asking Ra and Mother Earth to fill me with love, positive energy and to be grounded. I then light the incense I choose while enjoying the scent of the incense and listening to the music  I do a relaxation technique (which I will describe below) and then I let my mind to float free not focusing on any one thought especially if it is a negative one. I usually wind up falling asleep and many times have had messages and/or vision brought to me by my ancestors, guides, some deities. These dreams I write down what I can remember of them when I awaken. The dreaming does not happen every time.

The two most important things to take away from this experience is one does not feel guilty for taking the time to pamper and nurture yourself because we all need to. The other thing is to take a is relaxed, centered mind, body, and spirit from reconnecting them all.

RELATION TECHNIQUE: Starting with your toes and working up the body tighten each muscle as you take as deep a breath as you can then allow the muscle to completely relax as you slowly exhale all the air you took in. This should take you at least 15 to 20 minutes to get all your muscles relaxed and your mind to slow down.

Another way for Balancing, Ground and Recieving Positive Energy

Many mornings I am up before the Sun starts to peak its way up. I love these mornings now that the warmer weather is coming and the birds are returning, singing for a mate it makes this time of day even better. I also love as the Sun rises I can still see the Moon as it sets to shine over others.  For me I feel the balance of night and day, I will stop somewhere that I feel is in the middle of the two to ground more and open myself up more to the universe and to help regain any balance my spirit, mind, and body have lost over the last week. After standing still for anywhere from a minute to, some days, fifteen minutes I continue on my way to wherever I was headed – usually the train station to watch my two youngest grandsons or to one of my jobs – feeling more energized, happy and content being me. Be sure to thank the deities and universe for their help.

I ask you to get up at least one morning a week and try this out for yourself. First put roots from the bottom of your feet down deep into Mother Earth, next open your Crown Chakra to your deity and the Universe asking them to cleanse you down to every cell in your body. Next take a few deep breaths while picturing all the pain, anger, hurt and negativity being pushed down from your head all the way through your body to exit through your feet. Ask Mother Earth to claim and rejuvenate the energy for her use. Then ask the Universe and whoever else you want to call on to fill you with positive energy, love, and laughter. Some weeks or even days you may have to do this more than once… I know there are days I need to.

Holding Space

The Cosmic Cookie Trail led me to the following article about what it means to hold space for someone.

It got me to thinking…..sometimes we need to just hold space for someone rather than trying to fix them or give them advice or any other form of interference in what they are going through. Perhaps they have lessons they need to learn in their own spiritual journey, or they need to release something they are holding onto.  It isn’t for us to decide what they need at that moment………..

I will hold space for them by lighting a candle.
