A Song and Story That Will Inspire Everyone who Listen’s To It

Please listen to the first group’s story of how the became a choir and to the words in their song. I was in tears listening to them and I also feel it was an honor to hear the Voices of Our City sing. It was an inspiration to me to do more for the homeless where I live in a suburb of Chicago, Illinois. Yes, even in the more affluent towns, villages, and cities all across the USA there are homeless people whether you ever see them or not they are there. Even though many of us have small incomes that next time you see someone asking for money on the street why not go into the nearest place that has any type of food to go and buy them something nourishing to eat or if it is a very hot day get them a bottle of water. After I pay my bills I have barely over $100.00 a month to buy groceries with and to live on every month but I always put $10.00 aside (that in honesty I cannot afford to do) so if I run into one of my towns homeless population I can buy them a little something that is good for them to eat and a large bottle of water or cup of coffee depending on the season of the year. This way I know the money is put towards helping them and not helping to feed any type of addiction if they have one.

Now turn your volume up on whatever you are reading this on and listen to how one woman made a difference in many homeless people’s lives by starting a musical group. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2kABHoszPHU

Say a little prayer or light a candle to thank the Universe for all you and your family has been given. Remember how blessed you are to have a warm or cool place to sleep, enough food to not feel hinger pains, and decent clothing to keep you warm in the cold months or just to be seen in when you go out anywhere.
