A Mississippi legislator, Credell Calhoun, has proposed a bill that would force teachers to recite the Ten Commandments at the beginning of every school day. Because what Mississippi needs in its public schools is more Jesus.

  1. In any religions fought a long hard legal battle to separate church from hovering funded school. Which their main objection that having God’s any God’s teaching are against the separation of church and state as guarantee by the USS’s constitution in publicly funded schools. Yes It does allow private schools that do not receive help with our tax dollars to teach creation theories of they choose to. It will be interesting to see how this story develops.
