Anger can be healthy at times, but to hang on to anger for any length of time can be detrimental to your health. The purpose of this spell is to release feelings of anger and resentment that you have abot someone or something.

It is rather appropriate that April Fool’s Day – the time devoted to pulling pranks and having fun- has an interesting history.
No one is quite sure how April Fools’ Day started, though it is celebrated globally. Most believe the day, which is marked on April 1, has something to do with the changing of the seasons and celebrations of the end of the dark days of winter and welcoming the warmer spring season.
Ancient Romans, Persians and Hindus all had holidays set aside for frivolity, including pranks, costumes and masks

(Many of us enjoy playing pranks and/or jokes today, so I thought we might enjoy knowing a little history about it. If playing a prank please be sure it is fine in the mind set of fun and not just being mean.)
The history of April Fool’s Day or All Fool’s Day is uncertain, but the current thinking is that it began around 1582 in France with the reform of the calendar under Charles IX. The Gregorian Calendar was introduced, and New Year’s Day was moved from March 25 – April 1 (new year’s week) to January 1.
Send invitations to nonexistent parties and have other practical jokes played upon them.
|Communication traveled slowly in those days and some people were only informed of the change several years later. Still others, who were more rebellious refused to acknowledge the change and continued to celebrate on the last day of the former celebration, April 1.
