Yes I am talking about Yourself
This can be a time to just relax or meditate or even talk with your Spirit Guides. This ritual bath can be done in any Moon phase and any day of the week. If you use the water, salt, incenses and candles you will have all the elements included in your ritual also.
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 Tablespoon of Salt
Your favorite quite music – this is a time for heavy metal or any loud type of music. You want the music to be soothing.
Incense – ONLY if they compliment whatever scent you are using in you bath.
How you take Your Favorite Bath – It can be a special type of bubble bath, a favorite scented bar of soap, a favorite fragrance of essential oil
, some flower petal floating in/on the water, or whatever makes it a relaxing and special time just for you
1 White Candle to bring in positive energy
1 Black Candle to draw out negative energy (this candle you will break in half and throw away to get rid of the negative energy it has sievened off of you. Put it in a ziplock type bag before placing it in the trash to keep the negativity contained)
A Warm Fluffy Towel to dry off with
Your most COMFY jammies or nightgown
After getting undressed and before entering your bath repeat this spell three times ending it however, you usually end your spells or with the words, “So mote it be.”
(Stand in the tub slowly lowering yourself into the water as you recite the spell)
By Earth and Water, I cleanse myself of all negativity and everyday things,
My mind and body to relax and open itself up to metaphysical things.
I wash away the negativity I have been put through or brought upon myself this past week (or day),
This bath is to nurture myself to be able to face what is coming this week (or the day I will awaken to next).
(If you will be meditating add the following) I open myself up completely to any messages the Universe has for me.
(If you will be trying to talk to your Spirit Guides add the following) I open myself up completely to the guidance my Spirit Guides have for me.
After you are through with the spell sit back, relax and enjoy! If you are meditating try to not fall asleep.
