Grief Mojo Bag

This is a Grief Comfort bag….place it by your bedside, under your pillow, or in your pocket.  This is a poem I found a lot of comfort in and I pray it does the same for you.  Do Not Stand At My Grave and Weep by Mary Elizabeth Frye

“Do not stand at my grave and weep, I am not there, I do not sleep.  I am a thousand winds that blow; I am the diamond glints on snow.  I am the sunlight on ripened grain; I am the gentle autumn’s rain.  When you awaken in the morning’s hush, I am the swift uplifting rush of quiet birds in circled flight.  I am the soft star that shines at night.  Do not stand at my grave and cry, I am not there; I did not die.”

4 small spoonfuls of Marjoram herbs

10 drops of Marjoram Essential Oil

1-2 drops of Chamomile Blue Essential Oil be sure to put this ON the herbs or it will stain the bag

Put the herbs in the bag, add the essential oils and stones and smoosh it all around together.  As you are doing this make sure your intention is to help heal and clear the grief.  Include a card to indicate the bag can be put under a pillow, by the bed, or put in their pocket.
