Meditation Exercise – Lesson 13

Meditating can be a great way to relax and also for other things. Please do this lesson when not really tired as you could fall asleep rather than meditate.

1) Read “Basic Meditation” on Coven Life’s website.

2) Do a fifteen-minute meditation.

3) Write in your Book of Shadows or somewhere what your experience was.

4) Try to do a fifteen meditation every other day for one week.

5) Before one of your meditation session try asking your Spirit Guides a simple question you would like an answer to.

6) Write your experience down after each session. Also write down when and how you get the answer to this simple question you asked your Spirit Guides.
